God is calling you to release the weight of ridicule, shame, and false judgments that were never meant to define you. You are not required to carry the words or wounds of others, nor to remain bound to a story that keeps you small. Healing is a personal responsibility and a sacred choice—one that begins within your mind, heart, soul, and body. Face what hurts with courage, take ownership where healing is needed, and rise to a higher standard than the pain that once shaped you. Growth requires patience, integrity, and the willingness to be uncomfortable, but you were created to expand, not to shrink. Choose truth over cruelty, strength over fear, and a future that reflects who you truly are—built for more, called higher, and meant to live free.

God says;

“Dispel all accumulations of ridicule that have been placed upon your life.  To carry other people’s words or actions that have caused you to live within the pain of shame, guilt, and unworthiness serves no purpose but to break spirits and hinder healthy growth.  

Choose to tell yourself a new story.  Face the fears that bring you tears.  Face the pain that maims you.  Lift yourself to a higher standard than the one that ridiculed you.  If you have delivered ridicule or abuse to others, commit to healing and elevate yourself to become better.

Seek approval from no one but yourself first.  Be accountable for your trespasses against others.  Be responsible and accountable for your healing, even if you were the one who delivered the judgments and ridicule to others.

Healing starts within.  Within the mind.  Within the heart.  Within the soul.  Within your vessel.

Refrain from hiding and withdrawing yourself from change just because it becomes uncomfortable and unbearable.  True healing comes from the ability to invoke true strength to combat such emotions.

It takes time, so be patient with yourself.  Learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. 

Seek to be stronger in your stance to grow beyond your current beliefs of how you endure and navigate your trauma and what that entails.  It is a matter of choice, it is a matter of action, it is a matter of integrity for yourself, for you deserve to be equipped for a better life outside, living with the scars of others.

It takes courage and commitment, but that, too, is a choice.   You are here to experience life to expand and grow, not to wilt and shrink to others’ demands of cruelty.

 Level up and ground yourself into the notion that you are built for far more than what you believe, as you are meant for greater things.   

Your mindset commands your beliefs.  Ask yourself, whose story are you listening to, and what is it telling you?

Is it your truth or the truth of those who ridicule you?  Does it bring you discouragement and feelings of defeat or inspiration and growth toward victory? 

Do well to rise above the lashing of tongues of others for the heaviness, burden and pain was never yours to carry – use it to strengthen your will and mind and reshape your current reality for the purpose of expansion of yourself.
